If you visit Mevspace Data Centers, we process your personal data for the purpose of:

Ensuring physical security of the facility, based on Article 6.1 (f) of the Regulation, as the legitimate interest of the administrator, involving CCTV monitoring. Recordings are stored for a period of 14 days from the date of recording and access management.

Your personal data may be disclosed to:

employees/collaborators of the Administrator authorized to process them on the Administrator's orders,

other data recipients, including:

IT and telecommunication service providers we cooperate with,

marketing companies and law firms,

authorized entities upon documented request, such as law enforcement agencies.

while ensuring all guarantees for the security of transmitted data.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

right to access the data and receive a copy,

right to rectify (correct) the data,

right to erase data, restrict data processing,

right to object to data processing,

right to data transfer,

right to object to the processing of your data, where the processing is based on the legitimate interest of the administrator,

right to withdraw consent to data processing, without affecting the legality of processing carried out before such withdrawal, meaning that the withdrawal of consent does not have a retroactive effect,

right to submit a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Do we transfer your data outside the EEA?

To achieve the purposes related to chat support on the website and collaboration using an internal communicator, we transfer your personal data to the USA, as a country outside the European Economic Area ("Third Countries"), recognized as providing an adequate level of protection according to Article 45 of the GDPR by the European Commission.
